Concrete Sheer Walls

I know a lot of structural engineers don't get to actually experience firsthand the importance of their designs, but it seems like you've gotten that where even when with Haiti and New Zealand. It also showed me just how resilient people are despite this major disruptive event. You have been involved in the engineering of over 30 mass timber buildings, either built or under construction. As an early adopter of mass timber, how have you seen the industry evolve throughout the years? I know it's getting more and more traction, especially with the codes as well.
