Is the Trigger Law in Missouri Going to Be Enforced?

Missouri became the latest state to pass an anti-abortion law. The trigger band went into effect on friday and bans abortion in all but cases of rape, incest or when a mother's life is at risk. CNN's iReporter Alex Castellanos asks how these new laws will be enforced by local prosecutors who may not want to waste time prosecuting women seeking abortions. He says it could also lead to debate over whether there should be no right to abortion in the states constitution.
