A Leatherman, a Leatherman's Profession

Pronoun is how we identify selves, apart from our name. Using the right pronouns is a really simple way to affirm some one's identity. It is a signal of acceptance and respect. Instead of saying something like haygis, you can say, hay everyone, or ha team. O at there is no safe spans. If it's a signal of accepted and respect, how do we go about creating a save space for everybody? That's a good question, a really good battle.
