The Challenges to the Use of SDDR in North America

Sudeku collaboration was initially imagined now about 15 years ago, it was seen as a real visionary collaboration amongst three different geographic regions. When funding was sought for this in the United Kingdom, the funders decided there was no need for a trial because the data were pretty clear that SDDR worked. In Canada, I suspect the conclusion was the opposite. Canadians in our lovable fashion were hesitant to be first on board and it was only after a number of years the Sudeku study was funded in Canada where it's currently ongoing. So my takeaways from this are that SDD is effective in reducing the disruption of the microbiome that occurs in critically ill patients. This impact confers
