The Problem With IPOs
The WeWork example is actually probably a really great parallel because these guys are a few years ahead. They did exactly the same as what the challenger banks are doing, which is they went against the likes of Regis and everybody else in offering everything for free. And your entire business model just acquire people and real estate and survive through funding rounds only and have an unprofitable business model until the bubble begins bursting. It's too big to fail until it fails.
