How to Find a Good Cleaning Company for Your Property
Is the owner a part of that at all? Or is that your responsibility to find the turnover team for all the properties? Yes, we have all that. It's somewhat in-house. We work with like three preferred cleaners that have actually grown with us and they have their own teams. And then we have another cleaner who, you know, just recently, they just expressed interest and only wanted to do epic fee properties. So we're working on kind of a partnership. I've been very transparent with her.
