I get super strong Scientology vibes from all this. Like there's the religious like zenu, the latent bullshit angle. And then behind that mask, there's people who want to make a lot of money and take advantage of their power. I don't see the director as necessarily being out for his own gain. The fact that foundation is somewhat divided about which way it should go was interesting. There's a lot of insinuation about personal gain versus just supporting the foundation itself.
