The Positive and Negative Aspects of Sexual Harassment
In some countries, if a woman charges rape, the rape has to have been observed by four different men in order for it to qualify. I think there's positive and negative aspect to em a that wen a litit worrisome because than it could lead to a psycholy or social situation of everybody reporting each other,. And you're going to get a lot ofpositives. Om, the positive aspect though, is that ist it does take the burden off of the sole shoulders of the victim. So i guess what i'm saying with the sexual harassmentandt it is that, you know, creating a social norm where this pattern of conducts is not acceptable in the work place was good
