The culture of failure in Italy is much more culture of failure than it is a culture of learning. We've got to think about this in a form of portfolio standpoint so there needs to be a lot of openness and sharing otherwise the learnings that become a failure because it becomes too isolated for anybody else. Our investors ready to to work on trial and error methods I think.
