You don't just pick an exercise for the sake of doing it. You're choosing exercise bases based on the, based on the athletes weaknesses. The first thing i look at when i take an athleteis what's the time frame we're working on? What is our end goal? Hereso take someone and say, ok, give a blank, x outspread sheet. Let's let's plot out the course of this person's development. Where do they need to be in a year, or two years, or three years? And what is what is the what are we going to develop? Whatde we have to look at?
