Introduction

Stephen is a vice president of global innovation policy at the Information Technology and Innovation Foundation Washington DC based think tank or the ITIF for short. He's an expert on innovation policy international competitiveness digital trade manufacturing and services issues having also co-authored two books on innovation and economics Stephen is also testified before the US Congress and the US International Trade Commission on various policy issues.
