Can You Fail Demo Trading?

I had traders I work with who never got out of strategy development and backtesting. As soon as you go from demo trading and backtesting, right, you got to go to live trading. And that's when it gets real. People will stay in this step. They'll kind of make the path like they're getting out of their comfort zone,. But they'll get right to that border but never actually take that final jump.
