Qatar's Plans to Scale Back Its Stadiums

A small state like Qatar cannot sustain all of these huge venues. The plan for definitely five or six of them is to scale them back, half of them in size. Nobody on the ground would give me a timeline as to when this stuff would happen. It's maybe I think in a bit from the Olympics perhaps though a bit from one of the new club world cups. There might be stuff happening there down the line every few years but we need to know how they're going to fulfil some of their legacy plans and we haven't had that information yet.
