Worddesk - Is There a Common Advice for a New Podcaster?

I like hope that my podcast increases the average level of truth in the world, and not decreases it. And so i don't want to be able to spread views that are wrong without me at least registering that i disagree. There's often a temptation to just invite guests who are already kind of well known - but they're very practised at giving no articulate or entertaining answers.
