AFLD and IDSA Simplified Treatment Algorithm for Hepato Cellular Carcinoma

Most patients are avoiding liver biopsy these days because of all this testing that we just mentioned. If you do find someone that has cirrhosis or you're worried about cirrhosis based on these tests these are people you should be following for hepato cellular carcinoma, doing the ultrasound and plus minus the AFP testing. Even after you've treated the patient for hepatitis C and cured them you still would need to monitor if they if there's someone that that had cirrhosis. And of course they don't have like a patio cellular carcinoma or liver transplant I think most of us would just know not to get other people involved with those patients but just saying it out loud.
