The way I approach it is leading with data, right? Right. And one of the things I don't think I talked a whole lot about yet was, you know, we did establish KPIs for our teams and for the company that didn't previously exist. So what I am building as part of this platform is a single pane of glass at the executive view. You have a single plane of class or an all of those things, the release velocity, right? All of those things will be in asingle pane of class. What we're building is a governance council, right, that includes executive sponsorship that will review, right, the performance across those metrics.
