The Importance of Compensation in a Grey Area

How much stock does the management team own? And are they actively purchasing more stock regularly showing? Is there is a large part of their personal ownership, personal wealth invested in the company or is it just a small part of their wealth and they have large investments in other areas? To me, I care a lot about return on investor capital, how effective is management. If they're not doing it effectively, if they're wasting money in the company, then that's bad.
