The Facebook Rohinga Story and the Instergram Story

I wonder how a parent can add a time limit to an ap like that, presume as the account ratin to the ap. The parents put the time limit controlls exactly. So it's giving parents the tools to parent, as opposed to the company being big daddy. I'm just really happy to see the rohinga at least have a mechanism to make facebook face up to their responsibility.
