You Are the Light of the World

Whenever you meet somebody is potentially a holy encounter. When you recognize the essence of the other, that can even strengthen the recognition of your own essence which is not your own. So what does it mean? You are the light of the world. Means the essence of who you are is consciousness. Without consciousness, this world would not be perhaps there would be a collection of molecules and atoms - if they have not become a world. It needs a consciousness to create a world, even a table or a flower, without a perceiving consciousness. These things are being created through consciousness. And so there's not the world there in consciousness.
