The Battle of the Harings

The previous Earl of Salisbury had used guns to destroy 12 water meals that helped provide bread for the people of Orlean. The citizens, however, responded by building 11 horse-driven meals so they were not a risk of starving any time soon. On February 12 of 1429, the bastard became more daring and initiated what came to be known as the Battle of the Harings. He wanted to steal the English supply train, bring food into the city and deprive English soldiers at the same time.
