When i joined chopifi in 20 15 for support support, was the first organz ation that went remote back then. So we really took our efforts organization wide and really started looking at our systems. I been very involved in looking at all those efforts. But all that to say, shapofi has had such a strong knowledge sharing culture from day one. That's why i was so excited to work there. Back in 20 15, when we had offices, there was big signs on the wall that said, do things, tell people. Yes, that's how it's done, right? That's all ittiks."

Her work on improving the internal transfer of knowledge in organizations has led her to oversee the design and implementation of external-facing customer self-service strategies to improve customer experience, reduce support costs, and create an engaging digital experience.
Dana has also recently released a book, Handbook of Research on Organizational Culture Strategies for Effective Knowledge Management and Performance, which defines the relationship between organizational culture and knowledge management and how they impact one another.
