Natasha jama: Start small, right? But start em. You can follow me on in natasha jama and i usually just post articles and other things there,. And then, um, you know, i've written a few articles for gallop dot com. I think there's some great opportunities there. They're both with employees, those that we're working with, and hend those that are we are either leading or being led by. We have the gallop podcast as well which is also really good. There's lots of different resources for you all, and lots of places to start. If you feel some discomfort or something's uncomfortable, you're probably doing it right
