Using Pseudo Selectors in CSS
Pseudo selectors are special keywords used to style elements or a part of an element based on their state or position in the document. So for example, if someone's hovering over an element with the mouse cursor, they hover state and you can style it based upon that. You need these kind of pseudo selectors and elements to be able to work with an object around its actual physical capacity.
