How to Make a Port Pocket

I like to make one cut. And so it's like one firm cut. I remember whenever it's in training, I was a little bit ginger about making that first incision. You know, you wouldn't take it all the way through the sub cue layer. Once I've made that one cut, I just dissect straight down to the chest wall.
