GHC's Optimization Chain

I used to be the person that keeps us up to date. And it's really kind of things that are somewhat small. Like I think 9.4 is very GHC specific, but 9.4 eliminated integer literals from the core language. Now you have int literals and bignette literals. And no longer integer literals. So we need to do this whole chain of we tell it to parse t-shogger type check optimize. Or multiple home units is a 9.4 feature as well.
