Many pastors are either actually walking away from the ministry, or wishing they could find a way ta walk away. How is it that a pastor holds on to that sense of calling over decades of ministry, through these seasons of discouragement? Well, part of it is a daily walking with the lord, and letting the lord remind us of the sacredness of our calling. Once you lose that, then pasturing becomes a job.
