AWS Lambda - Python 3.10

Python 3.10 of the Python programming language was released to general availability in October of 2021. In just over a month from when this publishes, Python 3.10 will itself enter the security-only lifecycle phase and is tracking to not have had an officially supported Lambda runtime at all during its moment in the sun.
