I try and be more open now about the fact that we're always guessing. Everything you do is a guess, until we've got it out there. There's never any 100% correct answer. It's just an hypothesis. So I'd face this challenge of communication with trying to be more open about the fact we're guessing. But we're trying to guess really smartly. And quotes from real users or even soundbites during presentations if you can use that are so effective. Instead of saying, I'm not getting time to do research, do it. I'm always thinking about Goomba research back then. We know what to do. But so let's find the time
