What's the Cognitive Significance of MPH?

The first thing that I often see is a slight imbalance and then slowly over time that develops into a slower walk with a shuffle. The cognitive pattern you get with hydrocephalus is fairly nonspecific. These are not specific again and can overlap quite a lot with lots of neurodegenerative processes, particularly vascular cognitive impairment and PSP. We might come back to some of those radiological features in a moment and some case specifics.
