The Mindset of a Bad Man

Witnesses said he sped up into them, but the evidence of the trial show that his car was decelerating. He's accelerated to let a quadriplegic woman exactly use the crosswalk. And it seems so obvious that it was self defense in this particular instance. But what I would like to know is there's been other pretty egregious police killings as well as white people since the Biden administration came to power.
