Harsh Pant is a professor of international relations at King's College, specializing in the India subcontinent. He says ordinary Indians have borne the brunt of this terror question and therefore their feelings about Pakistan are much more vivid. "Terrorism not simply restricted to the borders with Pakistan, but Pakistan has been able to push that terrorism problem," he adds.
