What's the Biggest Price Increase in Kenya?
The BBC's global trade correspondent Darshini David will also be joining us to explain what caused some of the big price increases that we're going to be talking about. Anne: I used to buy a bag of 70 kgs at around 2,800 and at the moment it's going for 3,950. It's a difference of over a thousand shillings, one bag. That's a bag of feed, so absolutely critical to your production. The Ugandan egg comes here at a very lower price. That's making so many farmers to shut down their businesses. We are trying to at least cope with the high production by increasing the price of Eggs.
