The Beginning of Prep

"I've always preferred higher fat. Even right now, you know, I'm not tracking too tightly," he says. "If we just go and eat to eat in any given day, I'm probably consuming anywhere from 120 to 150 grams of fat." He started out with 3,300 calories; his protein was set at 225 grams,. carbs were 350 grams, and fat was about 110 grams.
