I predict there's going t be a rush of really talented people who sign up for the remote first companies. I would say it's more likely that the pain is going to be at the private company. It's probably more favorable for the companies with a lot of capital right now, so think the bigger companies,. and probably a lot worse for these smaller midtear companies in the next two years.
