Three Options to Look for in a B2B Digital Platform
Xiaomi is exceptionally good management. Let's look for a more utility commoditized digital platform where the incumbent is weak. The one that jumps out of my mind there is search engines in China. Apple should be going after Metaverse, but I don't think they can innovate terribly well. Go for something new that is still a mobile app and it's a powerful business model most likely.
