Numo Thorax

The centre of gravity for most numo thoraces that are not dramatic in nature and are not occurring in young all a thin man is primarily some form of lung pathology. And right now, at least based on the presentation so far, we don't really have much signal for any kind of sophagial pathology. For example, patient has disphasia, or this patient is frequently aspirating. A, last tost something like that, that better of, i got another cloud from rove, but again, that that shouldn't lead to plural effusion. I'm worried about some kind of system ic, metistatic disease that might tie everything together.
