A new study says women are three to 15 times more likely to be selected as members of the American Academy of Arts and Science than men with similar publication and citation records. What is left out is what are your odds if you're a black man? Because that would be interesting too isn't it? I feel like it would be this similar. So really this is not so much a story about women having you know a current temporary advantage. It's really white males who are discriminated directly.
