In 19 two, the ke falver amendments gave the fda power to regulate all drugs for effectiveness as well as for safety. To day, every drug marketed in the united states must pass the fda. As far as i am concerned, there is no free enterprise in interstate commerce It no longer exists in this country. You have to pay the price, and you have to paid the price very dearly.
