I think the thing that I'm always thinking about is online is no different than in person and just being kind and being gracious to people and being helpful so using people's names thanking people giving people credit. If you have an integration with Facebook or Twitter LinkedIn or something like that this can be part of your strategy too as far as how you organize and schedule and structure things. This is the time in the show when we each give a recommendation and one of the things that I like to do is really positively received by students and I think makes a big difference for them. When they're halfway through the 25 minute mark comes I ask all the students to set their pens or their pencils
