Do High Intensity Training Not Make You Faster?
If your volume is low, does that mean you are in a perpetual state of nop gains? You can't just milk nube gains forever, even if you go very slowly. And it goes for like, volume, if you're thinking like endurance, or his own two wriding. If it goes for high intensity, it goes for threshold stuff. It goes for vi to max stuff. Pretty much, you have to find a way to overload it. At some point, most people, almost everybody, will plateau. So e moment of ans fortunate, unfortunate reality.
