The Importance of Faith in Yourself

I was never trained to believe. VC asked me to be a cynic. I think a VC raises the right questions. A team member comes up with the right answers. If a team member is raising questions, likely not a team member. He's not a believer. But he has always believed so. It takes enormous faith in yourself that you can actually execute on all of them. And we see that at a fundamental level, he's an equity shareholder in your company, means that he's joined at the hip,. which means that he raises the right question. and hence, I may not have respect for who he is, but I have to respect his thought.
