Tereri supposed to be concodcentralized, and then by being an automatic, asit agrythmic stable coid. But the atomic unit of what tey're tring to do really is, in a way, a ponty scheme. They are getting everybody to believe that there's value in this stable coin,. And they're offering a big yield to make it happen.
