In this episode of the podcast I talk about relationships "in sickness and in health". I discuss how chronic illness/disability can impact on relationships, this does not just come down to a partner, it includes relationships with family, friends, colleagues and most importantly the relationship with yourself.
I reflect on friendships and relationships, the good and bad times and how the moments in time shape who we are, however life does move on and relationships do not always make the test of time.
I talk about valuing ourselves, where we are in our lives, how we have got to this point in the journey. I will reach 3 years in May and I value how far I come in terms of relationships, how I respect myself, my body and loving myself and other "In sickness and in health".
