Automating the Check-in Process?
There's nothing you're developing in the background, like some sort of super robot bag chucker. I mean, there definitely are automation helping a little ways at the front of house. On the check-in process, being able to automate baggage injection is an important one. That's one we're working on with a company called MicroX with an R&D project with the TSA in the US. And that's really about how do we actually automate the whole security process?
