Yeah this is it's almost a scenario where you have to listen to the charts right because there's so many builders that are just setting up so well and then you have the the ancillary ones like floor in the core or a number of other kind of suppliers like BLDR and BLD acting and then you have the same thing as well. There there's something going on but sometimes you know the market is looking out that six to nine months and it's hard to kind of comprehend it in in real time so so this is where you know you do get an advantage with charts. But sometimes it might give it might just be looking way too far
Speaker 1
ahead for us to kind of comprehend it. We don't fully appreciate the trends you know like maybe some people still are hesitant to travel so hey look I'll just stay home and still just work on my home I mean maybe we don't really feel it in real time and looking back it's always easing all what a clear trend but in real time it's a little more difficult to see. But like you said that's why the charts help and like that to prong the approach to analysis helps to kind of uncover these things.

Well and I will say that I did talk with we had some stuff going on with our kitchen and so we had a guy in yesterday and I was I was kind of telling him like, because he was saying how he works with told brothers and and DR Horton you know they kind of come in after things are built and if things need to be fixed afterwards but they don't want to completely scrap the countertop you know a $300,000 you know countertop they'll come in and do like little fixes and stuff like that. And he was saying one of his thoughts behind it was just a lack of inventory he said I mean that's that's still a big thing right now. Yeah there's just there's just a housing shortage so you know that that was his guess but again. I won't I won't attach his name to it you know because I'm not sure if he was clear to speak on behalf of the company so that's one person's opinion. Anyway hey Matt it was great hearing your insights thank you for sharing the indicator of the new highs new lows and for these fairly recent IPOs that are on your radar so, again, folks can follow you on Twitter.
