The mobile macrowind had been blowing hard for a few years, and in the summer of 20 13, we finally saw it show up in our numbers. Every summer, desttop usage took a hit as people closeheir clunky lap topes,. left their desk topes the office and spent time outside using their phones to stream music. But this summer, it was as if people went away on vacation, put their lap tops and pieces in the closet, and they simply never took them out again. We weren't just growing more slowly, we were actually losing users, something very few companies get to experience and live to talk about.
