Is Community the Key to Your Success?
I'm inspired by your story. Do you feel like community has really been the key to your success outside of your content? Of course, I mean, did you hire from within the community? Was that was that where you found a lot of your hires? Literally every single hire. So like to me, that is, it's everything. It's a lifeblood of what I do. If it wasn't for the community that had formed around, like you mentioned content, it's definitely started with the content. And if I can, you know, empower them and amplify that in some way, I think it's just, it's really beautiful.
