Sally Kohn: Where are the pockets of strength in the US? We've been talking sort of like broadly about the US housing market, but are there. She says if she had to pick one market that I think is still really no pun intended on fire it's Florida. Right. It sounds like downsizers should should still consider selling since they would theoretically be able to cover the cost of whatever that next home might be.
