The third commandment, remember the Sabbath day and keep it holy. We should fear and love God so that we do not despise preaching in His Word but hold it sacred and gladly hear and learn it. That's convicting on both levels. One, I haven't been as diligent in going to church as I should; two, when I'm there, I'm not even really paying attention. The law will not let you get out of this.
