The Importance of One-to-One Work in Sport Psychology
From a sport psychology perspective here you're talking about skill acquisition and transference into the game. You feel that players best learn in a games based environment so i see the one-to-one work as an opportunity to delve into more of our mental use of mental skills. I always try and make it reactive if possible so it's not just working comb the cone there has to be some sort of reactive component.
